Hi, I’m Mark.

 

I’m a real estate broker who believes the process should make sense, feel human, and—yes—be a little enjoyable along the way.

 

I specialize in helping retail and restaurant owners find, evaluate, and secure commercial space that supports their business goals. I also work with individuals and families on the residential side, helping them buy and sell homes with clarity, patience, and real conversations—not pressure.

 

Much of my work comes from relationships, referrals, and community involvement. I care about doing things the right way, being accessible, and making sure people feel confident about their decisions long after the paperwork is signed.

 

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me recording a podcast, experimenting with ways to live more intentionally (like the Power Down Project), practicing karate, or spending time with my family.
